About the Role

We are now looking for a part-time FinCrime Specialist for an innovative fintech company in Stockholm. You will support a small team in matters related to transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, and risk assessments. The position is flexible, requiring 1–2 days a week, allowing you to combine it with other commitments. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for three months, with good chances for extension.

Your Future Responsibilities:

In this role, you will conduct in-depth analyses and assessments to combat financial crime, primarily you will:

• Review alerts from transaction and fraud monitoring and investigate suspicious transactions

• Conduct enhanced customer due diligence (OCDD) and risk assessments

• Report suspicious transactions and handle inquiries from authorities and partners

• Utilize AML tools for analysis and contribute to the improvement of processes, routines, and systems

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a background in the finance industry, preferably within fintech

• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

• Is confident in making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Has another main occupation of at least 50%

 We consider it a merit if you have experience with AML and/or KYC issues.
